BIKO24 User Policy

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a seller or expert on BIKO24.
• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Each mobile number may be registered to one account only.
• BIKO24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

• Buyers must contact sellers/experts directly to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery before placing any order.
• Buyers should verify seller identity and product quality before making any payment to a seller.
• Buyers must not raise false or malicious requests against sellers.
• Any disputes with sellers must first be resolved mutually between buyer and seller. BIKO24 does not mediate individual trade disputes.
• Buyers may use the Support / Contact page only for platform-related issues such as app problems or account help.

• Sellers and experts must provide accurate, up-to-date information about their business, products, and services.
• Product listings must include correct pricing. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in account suspension.
• Sellers must honour the prices and terms shown on their BIKO24 profile to buyers who contact them through the platform.
• Experts must hold any required certifications or licences for the services they offer (e.g. electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Sellers must respond to client requests in a timely manner. Ignoring requests repeatedly may result in reduced visibility.
• An active recharge/plan is required to appear in buyer search results and receive client contact details.

The following are strictly prohibited on BIKO24:

• Posting fake, duplicate, or misleading listings.
• Impersonating another person, business, or BIKO24 staff.
• Sharing, selling, or misusing other users' contact information obtained through the platform.
• Using BIKO24 to promote illegal goods, services, or activities.
• Spamming buyers or experts with unsolicited messages.

BIKO24 charges sellers and experts a platform subscription fee (recharge) to access leads and appear in search results. This is a platform fee — not a commission on sales.

• All recharges are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Plan pricing and durations are as shown at the time of purchase.
• Recharge plans are non-transferable between accounts.
• BIKO24 does not handle payments between buyers and sellers. All trade payments are made directly between parties.

• Platform recharge fees are generally non-refundable once activated.
• If a technical error caused a duplicate charge, contact support within 48 hours with proof of payment.
• Refund requests for valid technical issues will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
• BIKO24 does not issue refunds for disputes between buyers and sellers — those are the responsibility of the respective parties.

• BIKO24 collects your name, mobile number, location, and business details solely to operate the platform.
• Your location is used only to show you relevant nearby sellers/experts and to show sellers nearby buyers.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Contact details of sellers are shared with buyers only when the seller has an active recharge plan.
• You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.

BIKO24 provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• The quality, safety, or legality of goods and services listed by sellers/experts.
• The accuracy of information provided by sellers or buyers.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BIKO24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You can delete your BIKO24 Partner account directly from the app — go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

Alternatively, email us at contact@biko24.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered phone number.

Upon deletion, your profile, business listings, and personal data will be permanently removed from our platform within 7 business days.

These policies are governed by the laws of India.
